I was initially skeptical about using a coordinator but Bre proved this service to be worth every single penny & then some! Bre engaged with us early on prior to the wedding (~8 months out) and was responsive to my emails & questions throughout the entirety of the planning process. As we approached the wedding she supported us at our final venue walkthrough and even scheduled separate meetings for us to review the minute-by-minute timeline. She pressure-tested everything when it came to the day of timeline and I found her insights and advice invaluable. "When I first started wedding planning, I knew I was going to need a little extra help when planning from Chicago a wedding in Minnesota. We were paired with Bre who was an absolute dream! Being as type A as I am, I didn't know if I was going to jive with a planner. Boy was I wrong! Bre went above and beyond and was a true lifesaver the day of the wedding. Not only did she make the planning process fun during the months leading up, but she was the best hype woman and calming voice during the weekend of. She made sure every detail was taken care of before, during, and even days after tying up all the loose ends! In addition, she had a great assistant who helped her execute everything the day of! I was able to truly step back and enjoy my wedding day with no worries which is just what I needed. Bre truly executed the wedding of my dreams and I am forever grateful! "Bre was fantastic to work with! She is super positive, bubbly, and brings genuine enthusiasm to her work. She was very communicative and responsive throughout the planning process, with helpful vendor suggestions and feedback. On the day of the wedding, she was excellent at communicating issues and then immediately telling us how they were already implementing solutions, which for a control freak like myself was perfect (I wasn't blindsided by anything but problems were solved before I had a chance to freak out about them lol). Even when we had a major issue with transportation, she helped immediately set it right and updated the timeline with our photographer to make sure we still fit everything in and the wedding experienced as small of a delay as possible. We had a good amount of DIY elements, and Bre did great at bringing my ideas to life. I can't recommend her enough! Thanks Bre!"

"Looking back on our big day, I cannot imagine navigating it without Bre! She was on top of things from our first meeting and shouldered all of the little questions, day-of logistics, and road bumps that would otherwise have fallen to us or our families. Instead, we could sit back and enjoy the evening with our guests without a second thought. I was expecting to be impressed with our venue, the food, the bartending staff, and the band, all of which our guests appreciated. I did not expect how many compliments we would receive due to Bre's charming, professional presence! We cannot recommend Bre enough to anyone considering a coordinator."

'Partnering with Bre for our wedding day was priceless. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, we had several conversations with Bre to give her an overview of the day, describe our concerns (primarily with one vendor), and indicate where we needed her support most. On the day of, she was fully prepared to execute on all of those asks. As expected, one of our vendors presented a bit of an issue. Bre immediately addressed it, checked in with me on how I wanted to proceed, and ensured that everything was perfect. She brings the organization and attention to detail required for success, while making you feel comfortable to know everything will be handled. She has a lovely personality, filled with positive energy and an authentic desire to make your day seamless. At first, I questioned whether we needed a day-of coordinator.
